The exact scope, timeline, pricing, deliverables, and payment terms for each project will be defined in the applicable proposal, invoice, package, contract, or written agreement.
Projects are limited to the approved scope of work. Any request outside the agreed scope may require additional charges and may affect the delivery timeline.
The client must provide all required information, content, images, brand assets, credentials, feedback, and approvals needed to complete the project. Delays in providing required materials or responses may delay the project.
3. Payments
Payment terms will be stated in the proposal, invoice, or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
• Work may begin after the required upfront payment or deposit is received.
• Milestone payments must be completed before the next phase begins.
• Final files, source code, deployment, credentials, or handover may be withheld until all payments are cleared.
• Late payments may pause the project and extend the timeline.
4. Revisions
Revision limits depend on the selected package, proposal, or agreement. Revisions must remain within the approved scope. New concepts, major direction changes, new features, or additional work may be charged separately. Clients are expected to provide feedback within 5 business days of receiving designs, drafts, builds, or revision requests. If no response is received, the work may be considered approved or placed on hold.
